Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on vaji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. When depositing, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name; depositing from someone else's account may cause verification complications.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing or unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Deposited funds may be withdrawn only after they have been wagered at least once.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met.
• If documents requested for verification are not submitted at the time of a withdrawal request, the process will be put on hold.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at vaji, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period; once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• vaji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected or an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The vaji VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. The relevant terms also apply to withdrawing cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed issue, vaji reserves the right to cancel that bet and the staked deposit will be returned.

6.2 Odds Changes

For sports betting, the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Subsequent changes to odds will not affect previously confirmed bets.

6.3 In-Play Betting

vaji is not responsible for any issues arising from internet disconnection or delays during live or in-play betting. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that a bet has been successfully placed.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator). Each game has its own RTP and bet limits. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vaji:

• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's account or identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unfair advantage.
• Using vaji for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or operate games.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward vaji staff.

If any such activity is detected, vaji reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by vaji

If a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or unusual activity is detected, vaji may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. If the investigation is completed and no irregularity is found, the account will be reactivated.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team via live chat or email. Before closing the account, settle all pending bets and withdraw any withdrawable balance.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a set period. During this time, it will not be possible to access the account or place bets.
